Tatiana, owner of the LvoffStudio grew up in Moscow, Russia in a family where creativity was surrounding her from her first steps. After being done with her education in Russia she moved to US to explore a different life and to try something new. She met a wonderful man, now her husband who supports her in every step. She has a full time job, so jewelry is just a hobby of her.

She loves one of a kind jewelry. Tatiana says: “the process of jewelry creation is just fascinating to me. The ability of jewelry designers to create using their hearts and hands and the transformation of raw metal and stone into little treasures is amazing.”

As she is striving for the best quality possible for her work she buys her stones from best lapidary guys in the area, and uses only high quality materials and metals. All of the designs and jewelry are made by her from scratch and she really is happy to work on custom orders for etched pieces.

I love Tatiana's designs and the colorful stones she is using. My favorite item form her shop is Personalized Two Letters Heart Pendant (3rd on first row).

How long have you been a jewelry artist?
Feels like my whole life, but actually about couple of years.

I owe my desire to make jewelry to my father – it was his dream to become a jeweler, and I think I inherited it when he suddenly past away several years ago. Several months later I started taking metalsmith classes at a local art center where my lovely teacher Wendy answered every question of mine and taught me step-by-step process of jewelry making.

Where does your shop name come from?
LVOFF is my family name.

If you had to choose just one favorite item in your shop, what would it be and why?

Sterling Silver Crazy Lace Agate and Rubies earrings. I love the lacey waves of these agates. Created by nature these stones has very delicate colorful pattern of variety of colors. These earrings are very light and delicate. Any woman would feel like a queen wearing them.

Where do you get your ideas for creating the jewelry?

I get my ideas from many places like old jewelry books, travel magazines, vintage jewelry prospects. I am always looking for new ideas, forms and combinations. Inspiration comes from the world around me. I see beauty in clean lines and in quiet and reflective pieces. I work with stones from all over the world and each one has a unique history and meaning which give me inspiration for each piece I create.

LvoffStudio is giving away Photo Etched Ornamental Sterling Silver Pendant/Charm. The design on the pendant is done by multistep photo etching process. The pattern on the strip of sterling silver is then transformed into a pendant and oxidized to enhance every detail of the picture.
