Have you noticed ...

that it´s only 57 days (hope I counted right) until Christmas!

I thought that my blog needs a little Christmas makeover and Louise from Adori Graphics was happy to help me out with it. You`ll see my mini makeover around December.

Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2009 awards

The Animal Portraits category - Jose Luis Rodriguez (Spain)
Mr Rodriguez won the Animal Portraits category and went on to win the top prize with this haunting image that the judges said captured the character of the wolf.

The Animals in their Environment category - Urmas Tartes (Estonia)
Urmas Tartes won the Animals in their Environment category for this image of a springtail, otherwise known as a "snow flea" navigating its way through delicate snowflakes.
