This week's question is:
If you had to be named after one of the 50 states, which would it be?
I would like to be named after Alaska.
I have always been interested in the cold places :D
Oh... alaska, especially with the Northern Lights...they are gorgeous...
ReplyDeletebut... since my hubby's family are from Hawaii...and I love the tropical weather and beautiful tropical flowers... I would pick Hawaii.
This was fun...I can't post anything new right now, I finally got my Friday post finishced and up!haha ....perhaps another time.
I would have to say Hawaii. Lots of good memories from visiting there even though it was only twice. So laid back and relaxing. And although I have never seen them, I have always wanted to see the humpback whales there.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely California. It has so many different climates and sceneries. I grew up with the ocean, the redwoods, the mountains, the desert, and the valleys all within a 2-hour drive.
ReplyDeleteLet's see...Nebraska would be kind of a weird name, wouldn't it, but that's always been my home, so that's what I pick.
ReplyDeleteright now I really love Minnesota. So I will pick that one. Call me Minney, lol.
ReplyDeleteMy Aloha Post is up..Link in my name:-)
Arizona, or Alabama... I like the way they sound.
ReplyDeleteVermont. I love the name Vermont.
ReplyDeleteUmm..Could we shorten NC or SC and go with Caroline?
ReplyDeleteI was gonna say something cheesy like FloRida but apparently that has been taken. :) (I have a teenager or else I wouldn't even know that!)
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I think I will say Georgia. I would love to be a southern gal.
I guess I would go with Wisconsin because it's the cheese state.
ReplyDeleteUmm i guess if i had to pick one it would be Missouri.
ReplyDeleteGeorgia. I love the state {used to live there} and love the name. Aloha and take care.
ReplyDeleteGreat song choice BTW. Celine is one of my favs. Too many to choose.

I would probably choose Hawaii. That sounds as pretty as the state is.
ReplyDeleteIt guess I will say Oregon. I recently visited Oregon again, and I fell in love with the beauty of the state!
ReplyDeleteI will say it's a toss up between California & Oregon... two places that have a good grip on my heart.
ReplyDeleteI met a girl once named Tennessee and thought that was a cool name, so I would have to go with that one.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...I think I would like Colorado, or Maine... although they would be silly names! :)
ReplyDeleteIt would be either Hawaii or Alaska...I like the sound of those names.
ReplyDeleteI like Hawaii...wonderful place and love the exotic name.
ReplyDeleterofl...Texas of course. I'm a pretty over the top person.
ReplyDeleteLeave it to a man I tell you. I asked my husband this question. First he came up with Maine and just now he changed his answer to...are you ready?
ReplyDeleteIdaho.
Geez!
I'd have to say Alaska. I've got a mild obsession
ReplyDeletewith Alaska.
